Why Timing Matters

We know things come up — maybe you ordered the wrong size, picked the wrong design, or just had a change of heart. We get it. But here's the reality of how print-on-demand works: because every item is made specifically for you, production on your order begins very quickly after it's placed. Our production window is 2-3 business days, and in many cases, your order enters the production queue within hours of being submitted.

Cancellation Window

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing it — ideally within 2–4 hours. Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST."

We will do everything we can to catch your order before it enters production. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun. If your order has already been produced or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Order Modifications

Need to change a size, color, or shipping address? Same rules apply — contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the specific change you need. Modifications are only possible before production begins. Once an item is in production, we are unable to make changes to the order.

After Production Has Started

If your order has already entered production and cannot be cancelled or modified, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right. For all other situations, we appreciate your understanding of the made-to-order nature of our products.
