How We Get Your Drumming Gear to Your Door

Production Time

Every item in our store — from graphic tees to hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, and tote bags — is made to order. That means your gear is printed and prepared specifically for you after you place your order. Production takes 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production on the next available business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Combined with production time, most customers receive their orders within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase under standard conditions.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of your order, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us before placing your order.

Delays & Peak Periods

During high-volume periods — including major holidays, sale events, and back-to-school seasons — production and shipping timelines may be slightly extended. We recommend ordering early to avoid any stress. Carrier delays beyond our control (weather events, high postal volume) may also affect delivery estimates after the order has shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
