At Downbeat Supply Co., we stand behind every item we send out. We want you to feel as confident wearing our gear as you do behind the kit. Please read below to understand how we handle returns, damaged items, and refunds.
Our Production Model
Every product in our store is made to order specifically for you. Because each item is printed on demand when you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, a change of mind, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, we've got you covered. In these situations, you are eligible for a replacement or a refund. To qualify, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order and provide the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect product)
- A brief description of the problem

Refund Handling
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Replacement orders are submitted into production as soon as your case is confirmed.
Items Not Covered
- Incorrect size or color selections made at checkout
- Change of mind after an order is placed
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Damage resulting from misuse or improper care
